Customers watch the van arrive
Every drop on a planned run gets its own private tracking link, sent by text or email, so customers know exactly when you'll turn up.
When a run starts, Smart Route Planner sends each customer a private link. It shows a live map of the van, how many stops are ahead of them, the arrival window and a heads-up if the driver is running late. The van's position is shown approximately for the driver's privacy, and the link only ever shows that customer's own drop.
What the customer sees
Live map
The van moving towards them, updated as the driver travels.
Stop countdown
How many drops are ahead of theirs, so they know when to be in.
Arrival window
The planned time slot for their delivery or visit.
Delay alerts
If the run slips, the page tells them, rather than leaving them guessing.
Proof of delivery
Once done, the photo and signature are there for them to see.
Private by design
Each link covers one drop only. No other customer, address or phone number is ever shown, and the driver's position is rounded so their exact location stays private.
Apps behind it
Plan the round, brief the driver's phone, and email a signed proof of delivery before they pull away.
See how it worksDispatch a job, and your fitter captures photos, checklists and the customer's signature on their phone — signal or no signal.
Every vehicle road-legal, every check signed, every receipt logged — ready for the next inspection.
