Replace the pile of subscriptions running your business

Add up what you pay for reviews, booking, chat, quoting, scheduling, routing and texts. Then add the tool you pay for to make them talk to each other. This page shows the real total, and what the same work costs in one workspace.

Most service businesses do not have a software problem, they have a subscription problem: six or seven tools, six or seven logins, six or seven bills, and none of them share a customer record. SmartFlo puts the same jobs into one workspace for roughly a third to a half of the monthly total — and the apps hand work to each other instead of you retyping it.

TotalSeven or eight logins£330 – £700+

Typical UK list prices. Field service tools charge per seat, so three staff triple that line. Proper route planning runs into the hundreds a month and often wants dedicated in-cab hardware on top. A mainstream CRM such as HubSpot starts around £15 per seat on its entry plan, but the tiers that actually automate anything run £45 – £100+ per seat — and that is before the automation connector you still need to glue the rest together.

No seat charges on any plan — invite the whole team. Monthly, cancel any time.

The saving that is not on the invoice

  • One staff list. A person is added once and appears everywhere — drivers, site teams, holiday, records. Nobody is on two systems with two phone numbers.
  • No retyping. A signed quote becomes an invoice; a job becomes a route; a completed job becomes a review request.
  • One login, one bill. One card payment, one place to cancel, one support conversation when something breaks.
  • No connector to maintain. Nothing silently stops working at 2am because a third-party automation changed.

Keep what already works

You do not have to give up your accountant's software or your payment provider. SmartFlo pushes invoices into Xero or QuickBooks so they reconcile against your bank feed, takes card payments and deposits through Stripe, and sends texts through your own TextMagic or Twilio account at your own rate.

Where most businesses start

Common questions

How much does the average small business spend on software?

A typical UK service business with a website and a couple of vans runs six to eight separate subscriptions and pays somewhere between £330 and £700+ a month — route planning alone can run into the hundreds plus hardware, and field service and CRM tools charge per seat on top.

Do I have to move everything at once?

No. Every SmartFlo app works completely on its own, so most businesses replace their most expensive or most annoying subscription first and move the rest later.

Do I still need Zapier or Make?

Not for work inside SmartFlo. Apps share the same customers, jobs and staff list, so a quote becomes an invoice and a job becomes a route without any connector in between.

What about the tools I want to keep?

SmartFlo connects to Xero and QuickBooks for accounting, Stripe for payments, and your own TextMagic or Twilio account for texts, so you keep what already works.

Is there a contract?

No. Everything is monthly and you can cancel yourself from your billing page at any time.

Swap one subscription first

Start with the one subscription that costs you most or annoys you most. Every app works on its own, so there is nothing to migrate in one go.
